The location of this terminal dictates how soon the cars arrive. I contracted some wheat with Richardson back in March and they pretty much wanted it right away. But they are a lot further distance to haul. So I save a little on trucking to the local Viterra if I'm willing to wait as long as it takes for them to get rail cars. Jim in Sask. no seeding on my farm but I know a couple of the big operators are rolling now for a couple of days. Its cold and dry here. I did a little scratching around on a field that was fallow last year and even it is very dry on the surface. I'm hoping that predicted rain/snow falls tomorrow to settle what I worked today.
