If you are considering just replacing rings, what is the condition of the present pistons - ring grooves,and diameter? This might make re-ringing a poor option. If new pistons are going to be fittted it may be prudent to do the whole job. I don't know much about it but it may also be possible to overbore and fit dry liners to bring the bore back to original.
