For every one els safty do every thing you can to make sure it dois not try driving it on the road ever again the shap it is in. I think he might try driving it without a licence because he cannot find the paperwork to get them. If he does get it running notify any law enforcement in area that there is a very unsafe vehicle going to be on the road and also if you know who has his insurance also notify them as without tags he cannot have insurance so he does not kill someone else. No way in 2 weeks he can have it safly repaird. Do you have mandetory safty inspections there? Might make him mad but better than him killing somebody in his diseased state of mind. Is he in start of alshimers diese?
