I remember at an adl meeting a bunch of years back one of the major clients requested video surveillance inside all human traffic areas of the plant and card lock doors. The GM told us not to be surprised if our milk tanks at some point would need to have recorded video surveillance also,it hasn�t come to that yet but things keep changing usually as a reaction to radicals. I�m not saying the changes in bio security aren�t necessary but like you say it adds a lot of extra expense and paperwork at the farm level with no benefits to the producer other than the privilege to continue selling milk.
