I have seen these on W30's with round spoke rear wheels. They were held on with a j-hook bolt. I would have thought they would be more than 30 pounds. This type of weight was also used on the furrow wheel of the old one-way disks and discer-seeders. At 30 pounds they may be for round spoke front tractor wheels but I have never seen that, but front weights are not common.
