I have been wondering about putting lead shot in my tank for the sake of my exhaust valves. Doubt if enough would disolve in the gas to make a difference. been using a little 100 low lead aviation fuel. the seats on my JD 830 pony engine cut like butter so I know they're soft. lead is supposed to help? copper who knows?
