Some 'dude' bought an acreage out in the country. Found the picker and wagon in the barn. Thought they would make a nice display out in the yard, but needed a "tractor". Also in the barn were an old pump jack and a cream separator, bought some (mismatched) wheels at auction and nailed the whole mess together into what you see.
