Some government body put out bids for a road grader, & the board got 2 bids they liked, to make it short, they wanted to buy the USA JD grader. After some research, they found the foreign sounding grader was 60% USA made/assembled, while the JD was 20% USA made/assembled.

Don't know of any small USA made diesel engines, I believe most of the parts come over on a boat. Might be put together in the USA.

It doesn't matter that much to me, just mentioned that Case, NH, JD, Kubota, etc. are all pretty close to the same for durability and all, it comes down to features & your personal likes & dislikes.
