I got a neighbor friend, they built a 76 wide building,the builder first plan was poles , truss rafters every 8 feet, he sad no way make it stronger,so they figured it poles every 4 feet,@ rafters, well stood nice until a month ago, the center 75% fell in,it had some snow on it,but the real problem was those steel pierced jointer's the rafter company put on there, when the bottom cord broke, it was all over,those are not as strong as a glued and nailed joint's with plywood.
