Passing of an engine show patriarch

Harold R Bupp of Harmony Pa. died yesterday afternoon (Sunday Oct 21, 2001) at his home.

He followed several trades in his long life, farmer, 30+ year JI Case, and later Hesston, farm equipment dealer, and construction equipment operator.

He was also was a founding member, and many time president, director, and a guiding force of the Northwest Pennsylvania Steam engine and Old Equipment Assn. Inc (aka Portersville Steam Show).

Viewing will be 2-4 and 7-9 PM Tuesday at the Boylan Funeral home in Zelienople. Burial will be Wednesday afternoon at the St John's Lutheran (Stone) Church in Lancaster Twp Pa.
