Something like Simple Green Check with your local parts store or DOT The county road guys gave me a lead on some stuff that at full strength will remove paint.Purple something or other, got it at the local parts place If you have a Dollar Store or equiv.get their oven cleaner. I have used it on the last two tractors that I painted Spray it on let it set a while then pressure wash it off
