People behind the warranty make the difference. I called Genesee Products and they offered to exchange- no questions asked. I told them I was willing to do some more testing before I sent it back. We did that but no true cause was determined. The thing that struck me was: Genesee Products didn't want me to be put through anymore trouble. Nice People at Genesee Products. I had a problem and they wanted to make it right the best way possible. They kept a customer in the future.
