No. That's wrong. The fluid doesn't turn in the same way as a wheel weight would. ( almost no resistance to turning with fluid ) the fluid is running through a tube about10 inches in dia. at slow speeds One other thing about fluid, the weight goes directly to the tire tread. With wheel weights the weight is suspended on the axle bearings. Good Luck sod
