Parts can be ordered from Maibach's. They can provide a new upper steering column bearing that comes with the bearing and the spring. Fairly easy to rebuild, however parts run about $150 to rebuild. Otherwise, if my records are correct the steering bearings are p/n 1L-6769 for the cone and 1L-6770 for the cup. Cross reference with AGCO then go to NAPA for generic replacements. As for the gears, Ford steering components will also work but no personal experience with this. I think it was the Ford 600/800 series and both were made by Saginaw steering gear. Maybe with some "redneckin" you could add the ford p/s to the Oliver? Verify with the Tractor Gods, especially Paul Stanley. While you are at may as well check front spindles - IMHO weakest link in the S55/550 rigs - most were used hard with front loaders. Consider cross posting to or searching the archives of the Oliver board, maybe you will become a "True Green" fan! Best of luck, HTH ShepFL :)
