IF ALL YOU HAVE IN THE TANK IS RUST SCALE AND NOT PITS AND HOLES, THE EASIEST WAY TO CLEAN A TANK IS WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF LIQUID SUCH AS MINERAL SPIRITS AND MARBLES. THEN ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SHAKE THE TANK AND TURN IT ON ALL SIDES WHILE SHAKING TO ALLOW THE MARBLES DO THERE WORK. IT WORKS REALLY WELL. THE PORE IN EPOXY LINERS WORK GOOD TO BUT YOU STILL NEED TO CLEAN THE TANK BEFORE YOU USE THEM. GOOD LUCK.
