Search for adhesion promoters. There is a lot of different products on the market for that purpose. In the end though it mostly comes down to how well the old paint is cleaned prior to painting. Even with the slightest trace of oil in the old paint and the adhesion promoter won't help you. The surface of paint is to a certain amount porous and oil can get into it. This is one of the reason we wax cars. To remove what oil is penetrated into the paint you might use a wax and grease remover or if the grease had been bad on the surface you might use oven cleaner and a power washer a couple of times.
