I bought three tractors that had been in a flood. I did what most suggested, drained all oil , flushed with fuel oil and engine oil mix. I removed the injectors and cranked the engine to get everything lubricated. I than started each tractor and ran them for a few hours to get everything warm. When I sold the tractors I told the buyers about the flood and warned them that the starter and alternator might fail. Checked back with them later and one had the alternator fail but everything else worked good.
