My IH 826 that I use on the 9ft 2 in discbine has tires set at 9 ft outside to outside. (maybe 9 ft 1 in). It totally straddles the mowed hay on my next pass but fits between the standing hay.. I lay the swath as wide as I can straddle with the 18.4 tires. Tomorrow when I rake, the windrow can be put on the 36.8" (2X 18.4) strip of dried ground. That 108 or 109" width works well on these s.w. Pa hills.
