that may work at the bin but i have my doubts as to the range even from the top of the bin to the ground. A wired backup camera and monitor would probably work better but then you would have to come up with an enclosure for the monitor as it would be designed to mount in the cab (and obviously would be limited to on site monitoring). If you look for other cameras look for IP66 rating or above, the higher the better.
