So went and look at it. The owner had the top cover off the transmission and it appears that the reverse shifter fork is broken. So in the next few days I will be going to pick it up and haul it to my shop to try to fix it. First thing I need to do is find a manual for it. I is a 2006 Mahindra 6000. So where do I look for a manual then where do I find parts. This is way newer then I normally mess with. Thanks
