On the other Ag site they said a square flat door was installed 2 years ago to allow bobcat to get in to help with clean out. Lot of speculation on a flat surface disrupting the tension on a round building with that much pressure on it, 50+ years old. Was a smooth oil tank type construction.
Sounds like it took out the main control center, electrical and all, of the whole facility, making it hard to do anything with any of the facility.
