IH404 Power Steering Problem

I am in need of some help finding a, what I call steering valve, some may call it handpump, it mounts right under the dash and the steering wheel and the steering shaft goes through it. I have a real bad wobble in the front and have narrowed it down to that steering valve, any help on this would be great, or if anyone else has any ideas on my bad steering wobble,I am stuck!!!
