NY York is doing the same thing, but over time. I'm not sure if it's law yet, but they want to require that all gun sales, including private citizen to citizen, be done through a licensed firearms dealer. This way they will eventually have a record of all of the guns, except for those that are handed down. Another one they are working on is a law that any professional (Dr., school teacher etc.) or family member can say they think you present a danger, and they will come get your guns. Once that passes, you'll have to be careful to stay on the good side of your wife and kids... Pete
