I have a Briggs&Stratton lawnmower that I bought at K-Mart 5 years ago. Last year, it became impossible to keep running after it first started. I changed filter, plug and everything else I dared. I took it to a lawnmower mechanic twice to try to fix it. I finally started putting in a shot of STP gas treatment with every other tank of gas. It has been cranking on the first pull ever since. I suppose it cleaned out the system or something. It hasn't given any problem in 2 years. I know some will say that it is not good for the engine. So what, I don't get frustrated yanking on the cord 20 times just to get it running, and after all, it is only a $125 lawnmower.
