tire sealant: ...how much?

Can anyone tell me how much green goop I need to use on a ford 2000 tractor? rear tires are 13.6 x 28 on a 12" rim. Front tires are 7.00 X 16lw. I also wondered about shelf life. I found a store that has 3 gallons cheap. They've had it for a while(dicontinued item). It's "berryman 1301" which I think is the same type formula I've been pricing and have used before in my riding mower,the anti-freeze based stuff.Thanks in advance for any help.
