PCP - a drug? I thought that was like an 80's thing! Livingston county is being developed and we are paying for the development. I think the current system of development, where existing taxpayers pay for the infrastructure for new development sucks. If you want to build a subdivision, fine, pay for the new roads, schools, fire and police. The current model, is the developer makes a big profit, the homeowner's get the big bill.
