Ron, the likely cause of your problem is the fiber clutch washer inside the injection pump is starting to degrade. When it does this it will clog the check ball on the outlet side of the pump.Find the return line and remove the fitting at the pump this should be the check ball assy. carfully clean it out and reinstall. *note the check ball may be a glass bead. The machine should run now if the problem keeps reoccuring you will need to have the pump rebuilt.*note if this washer fails completely you may lose control of RPM's Chuck
