A local snowmobile club built a cabin in the woods just to have a place to ride to and occasionally camp out. It got added onto and got to be a regular small house. The property changed hands and then someone started living out there full time. Then they put kids in the school. And the house wasn't even on any records. It developed into a mess. Finally it changed hands again and was made legal, and tax were paid on it.
