I used a Yamaha golf cart for 19 years. Put a small lift kit on it and all terrain tires to get through the fields easier. It did 95% of what I needed. Downside: limited space in the box, not a lot of pulling power. I cant begin to tell you the amount of fence posts, concrete blocks and mulch it hauled over the years.
I replaced it with a Gator 825 4x4. It does everything I need, but may be overkill for my 80 acres. It goes 44mph, I don't think I've been over 30mph twice. I can haul a lot more in the bed which is a huge time saver.
You need to look at what you really plan on using it for, then buy accordingly.
