This thing about getting up a few times at night seems to be a regular occurrence as of late. No prostate issues either. I'm still trying to figure out the cause. Cut off drinking anything early enough, and it seems that it's not related to relieving ones self, just seem to wake up, sometimes every 2 hours. I find once in a deep sleep or will be able to, it's time to get up for work. I had to be in Rhode Island last week, 3:30 AM rise to be on the road at 5AM, just got into a deep sleep, the alarm goes off. Nice to get good rest, never seems to happen very often, hard to figure how one makes it through a day.
