Not familiar with this tractor but my farmalls have a screen at the inlet to the carburetor. It's part of the elbow that the fuel line connects to and it screws into the carb so it's hard to know it's there. If you have one it could be partiall clogged or colapsed and need to be cleaned or replaced. Just a guess. Dave
