Yes the 16s with a 5 bolt pattern are rare.. Many people like them because you can just throw a set of used 16s from an old farm truck they have laying around. I have 16s with the 3 rib tires in the front of mine but when they are done I’ll throw a set of old 16 inch mudgrips I have off an old farm truck. No need to keep buying new ones since I have 2 trucks that run 16s I can just use the old ones for the tractor. 16 inch truck tires also have good load rating usually like a load range E being common.
The issue is this:
for the 16s rims are rare and tires plentiful.
For the 19s rims are more common and tire choices are few.
