Sad part is all the lawns that are over sprayed ,fertilized, and watered. So the excess runs into the water sheds though that is not the problem. My sil's sister was telling me about some deal she was doing in her yard foe some problem. I told her how much she needed for the square footage she had. She told me how much she used I said that is was about 4 times what she needed to use. Was surprised by that, when the guy was telling her what she needed.
