Josh, I have a 73 574 diesel that we purchased new and have never encountered that problem. Two questions 1. was your tractor sold new in the US or in Europe? 2. Is it gas or diesel? We now see many 574s and 674s that were imported as graymarket tractors, very used with very high hours, these tractors often have different components in the auxilary systems (fuel, hydraulic etc.). The only conduit for oil to make it into the fuel tank is through the return line to the tank from the injector system. If you have fuel getting into your engine oil that is a whole different story. Up date your post with a few more details like how did you notice this, wow much oil is making it into the fuel system and has the tractor recently been torn down and reassembled. There are small lines about 5/16" under the hood that service the fuel system and hydraulic system, it is a stretch, but someone could have cross connected the lines I have seen bigger errors made.
