What are all the different ways to unstick pistons?

Hello,
I am a novice at this and just bought my first tractor. I unstuck the valves and the magneto, waterpump and fan are all free. The pistons are a different story. With the exhaust on a 45degree angle the rain water must have trickled down for a while. I filled the cylinders with brake fluid and I thought that would be a good start because of its anti-rust qualities and because it seems to flow fairly freely. I just need to know what will be the best way to unstick this motor. It is a 12-20 Case. It is on cutoff wheels and cannot be pulled around easily because only one tire holds air. I also don't know if I will be able to locate original steel wheels for it and bring it back to original. Let me know if anyone out there has any original wheels for sale.
