You might look into camper/RV covers. They are water proof but will let moisture out. UV light will kill them in a few years so it should only be used for the winter. What I do is put on the camper cover and then cover the very top with a really good tarp. The cover allows the camper to breathe an it protects the surface from the tarp. The tarp helps them last longer. That being said, the comment I haven't seen yet is how often do you need to use the tractor. A cover and a tarp work great if you don't need to use it much. My late father in-law used to wrap his tractor up like a mummy it was a real PITA if you wanted to use the bucket to unload something. My choice would be some type of lean-to or one of those metal carports.
