It's true that a Allis Chalmers WD45 could not pull a trailor plow like a red or green tractor. This is why my other post said "with an Allis plow". This was some what, because of their lighter weight, but mostly because of the smaller (shorter) wheels/tires.
It's all so true that a WD45 with an Allis plow, and some one who knows how to set the traction booster, WILL out plow a 60 JD easily. I have seen them my self out plow a 70 JD, and all so a Farmall super M.
In my farming community, this is common knowledge among those farmers that have owned and used these tractors.
