Must of been a bigger tractor pulling a bigger load cause most people comment about the good fuel economy of Allis tractors and the Nebraska test generally has reflected this. If you look the gas WD45 has better fuel economy than the gas JD. And the newer diesel Allis like the 190XT or D21 had far better economy than JD or IH.
