who makes Dual end loader???

I am looking at a small end loader for sale. It believe it came off a small IH(no clue to Model) I seems in very good shape w/ a single joystick. As for possible model, I could only find a sticker on cylinders : "Dual 5676". Is this company still in business? Are they good Loaders? Value? And can mounting brackets be purchased for these loaders? Any Information would be greatly appreciated.
