Farmall 460D hydraulics?

I have a farmall 460 diesel with sticking hydro levers. Are they supposed to return to center when either lowering or raising? Mine dosen't and pulls the tractor down a little if you don't bump the handle one way or the other. My 3 point works fine, it's the other 2 that gives me problems. Is this a problem that I can fix? or is it something the experts need to handle.I'm a fair mechanic, but know nothing of the hydro system. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks George
