When was the filter last changed? While there wash out the screen going into the filter good. Check fluid level. For the loader sag down you will need to close the lines off to the cylinders then see if they sag. If they do it is in the cylinder if not then it is probably in the valve. For the pump put a coupler in the rear remote with a gage if you get pressure it is a better sign. You will need at least a 2500 PSI gage for that tractor. If not then a good chance pump is shot. When lift stops is there still oil in transmission case yet or is it gone like all in the system? This could also be a blown gasket in the MCV,o-ring on the pump, or filter air leak at the filter canister o-ring, blown o-ring in the MCV. If steering is working probably pump is working. Does not mean it is completely good though. To determine if the pump is fully ok you will need a flow meter.
