Im repairing parking brake on a Case IH 5140 after spiting tractor i see the Tin shield covering MFD clutch is broke...Case price $500 !! Has anyone removed shield and ran tractor without it ?? and have you had any issues? I really dont see any purpose for shield other than prevent sturing up Hytran in housing.
