The older Ford select-o-shift models with live PTO come to my mind as I have more familiarity with them than other brands, hand throttle, shift selector similar to auto/truck with auto trans.PTO lever engages w/o clutching, power steering.Manual mods to inching pedal and brakes should be relatively easy to fabricate.Lower(between fenders)seating position than some mfg.Three pt hitch standard equipment on Ford giving great versatility of use.I picture something like a 5000 SOS Ford with ROPS bar and seat,Allis WD/Dseries locking type lever(s)on right to operate brake(s).JD handclutch type lever(non locking)on left to operate inching pedal. If needed for operator mounting, swing boom with hoist could be mounted off ROPS assy or tractor frame/axle locking down when not in use......(Just my thoughts as to this problem if I were going to attack it myself based on what I know)
