Doctors can work young miracles in a modern hospital but you need to be able to get there. They can't do much for you out in the field or woods. I lived through a plane crash over thirty years ago so nothing else worries me much. A good case of sea sickness or a kidney stone and you don't worry about dying you just wish you could.
