the bracket you are missing is what your toplink attaches to on the tractor. Do not use the hyd system attach point for the toplink. This bracket attaches just below the toplink attach bracket.Sor some reason, you do not use the hydraulic toplink attach point with the large spring with the mowers. For some reason it is used only with the 14-15,14-16 and 14-59 mowers. The 14-15a and the 14-16a are included.
