I always tell folks put this statement in the add "answer this add with a phone number and I will call you right back" for just that reason, if one puts his phone number out there it is all over the world and yes you will get a lot of unwanted calls. Some folks say they never answer an add without a phone number but I have sold a lot off stuff on CL and never a problem. If they are very interested they will not mind doing that.
