Since its free we use Craigslist all the time both buying and selling...My last 3 vehicles have came from there...Got great deals buying a 68,000 mile 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix and a 114,000 mile 1991 Ford Ranger......As sellers we always have them contact us by email thru craigslist and then give our phone number to serious buyers.....My wife just upgraded her Bow Flex exerciser and sold her old one thru Craigslist to a nice lady 100 miles away..By using common sense its as safe as any other way to buy and sell..
