The Farm Journal magazine had an article years back on a guy paralyzed from waist down, he'd rigged a winch and boom to hoist himself to the seat of his 4020, (no cab). He'd also modifed lots of his equipment so he could service it and mount it. If I remember right the boom swung over the fender, and had a tractor seat on the cable, he had enough grab handles he could swing himself into the tractor seat, I think this would be fairly easy to fabricate if you started with an open ROPS.
