I really have no plan in place, just downsize and live on SS. My biggest fears are medical expenses. Mom has some savings, but that will likely be gone before she is.

Property taxes are a real threat, will probably have to sell and find something away from the ridiculous school taxes that continue to rise at the maximum allowable rate.
