I have been trying to pull a International Harvester 2990 DA out of my barn to display in front of my house. However, the wheels seem to be locked and no matter what all I try I can't seem to get the tractor in neutral and/or find another wheel lock there might be. Please take a look at the attached pictures and any help to get this tractor moving would be much appreciated!
